Description

CT-616 is a yellow FEP non-stick coating for aluminum, steel and stainless steel substrates that reduces sticking tendency and provides a frictionless surface. It has a maximum temperature usage of 400°F continuous and 485°F intermittent.

Process

CT-616 non-stick FEP coating is applied as a spray process. Different surface preparatory methods appropriate for the substrates will be used prior to the coating process. Typical coating thickness is 1.0 mil per coat (0.001 inch or 25 microns) up to three coats. May be used on all aluminum, steel and stainless steel substrates.
