Process
CT-606 non-stick coating primer is applied as a spray process with the top coat applied as a powder. Different surface preparatory methods appropriate for the substrates can be used. Coating thickness is varied to suit the application. Typical coating thickness is .8 to 1.2 mil or, (20 to 30 microns) per coat. Multiple coats can be applied.
