Description
CT-601 is a gray, matte FEP non-stick coating for aluminum, steel and stainless steel substrates that reduces sticking tendency and also provides a frictionless surface. This can also be used in cookware and is FDA compliant.

Process
CT-601 non-stick PTFE coating is applied as a spray process. Different surface preparatory methods appropriate for the substrates will be used prior to the coating process. Typical coating thickness is 1.0 mil per coat (0.001 inch or 25 microns) up to three coats. Can be used on aluminum, steel and stainless steel substrates.
