Description

CT-51 is a silver non-stick coating for aluminum, steel and stainless steel substrates to reduce sticking tendency and also provide frictionless surface.

Process

CT-51 non-stick PTFE coating is applied as a spray process. Different surface preparatory methods appropriate for the substrates will be used prior to the coating process. Typical coating thickness is 1.0 mil per coat (0.001 inch or 25 microns) up to three coats. May be used on all aluminum, steel, and stainless steel substrates.
